This is definitely one of my personal favourites. It’s so simple and so flavourful that I could almost eat the whole thing in one sitting. Usually, this recipe is enough for just my boyfriend and I but we also like to use part of the recipe to make a salmon topped cucumber appetiser, which is also delicious. You can find the recipe for the Cucumber Salmon Hors d’oeuvres here. The flavour of the salmon is incredible. Plus there’s an addition, no need for tartar sauce. This sauce provided for this recipe combines perfectly with the salmon. I felt bad for ever using tarter sauce on my salmon after using this sauce.
