This week will be the second full week of Life with Aniela. On the plus side, there is still only one noticeable error, that remains, on the website . I’ve given up my stubbornness of trying to fix it on my own. I thought, somehow, that I would be able to handle something like a webpage error but I think my efforts are becoming unproductive so I’m currently seeking help with my recipe ingredient issue. If you haven’t noticed, I have an error code appearing in my recipes for some undefined variable in a php file. If you know how to fix it, I’d appreciate the help. Regardless, I will move on even if the page is less than perfect at the moment.
I would like to provide some expectations for the week ahead. Today, I will feature my first ever meatloaf recipe. I know meatloaf sounds pretty boring but it doesn’t have to be. With the right spices and ingredients, it can be an excellent meal. My mom made meatloaf when I was a child, so it has always been something I’ve been used to. We actually created this dish based on the leftovers that we had, at that current time, and it turned out very impressive. While deciding which recipe to put up this week, I picked out 5 different recipes but I couldn’t make a decision so I left the choice to my boyfriend. It was just before dinner, when I asked him, and he picked the meatloaf recipe based off of what he wanted to eat at that moment. When I made it, I think he actually ate half of the dish in one sitting.
On Wednesday, I plan to release a discussion about cardio workouts. This has been a life changer for me. I always thought cardio had to be hardcore but after what I learned from my personal trainers, I will never return to that useless routine.
Finally, at the end of the week, on Good Friday, I will provide a French recipe that can be created by using your leftovers from Easter. If you are like my family, ham is a common main dish for Easter. There are always tons of leftovers! We made this with our leftovers from our Christmas ham. It was so delicious! In addition, I will add to this week by updating our adventure to Germany. There have been several new developments to our journey and I want to share a little bit of what has been happening behind the scenes.
